Delivery Times
We will contact you shortly after you have placed an order with us to agree a delivery date and time slot you're happy with. Feel free to call or message us before placing an order to discuss delivery times and options.
For local deliveries within 25 miles of Liverpool we can arrange a same day delivery if we receive your order before 2pm. Otherwise, we will be able to arrange a delivery next day. We deliver 7 days a week.
Note that for pallet deliveries we can not arrange same day or next day deliveries. We can usually arrange a delivery on the second or third working day after the delivery has been placed. Note that pallets cannot be delivered on Saturdays or Sundays.
Where We Deliver To and Cost of Delivery
Delivery within 25 miles of Liverpool city centre is completely free.
Delivery within 25 to 40 miles of Liverpool city centre is £50.
Delivery within 40 miles of Liverpool is carried out by our own trained staff. We will arrange to take the appliance into a nominated location within the delivery address and give instructions on use. We are experienced at moving appliances and take great care when doing so.
We can arrange delivery further afield to most locations in mainland England, Wales and Scotland by pallet. Note that
- deliveries by pallet are roadside only. This means that the pallet is left on the kerb in front of the property (on a date previously agreed) and you will need to make your own arrangements to unwrap the item, take the item into the property (or wherever it's going) and dispose of the pallet. Please keep in mind that appliances are often large heavy items so it is recommended that at least two people are present to move the item.
- we will agree the date of the pallet delivery with you but we will not be able to agree a specific time slot. Most pallets arrive in the morning between 8am and midday but on occasion they can arrive in the afternoon before 5pm. This means that you will need to ensure someone is available to accept the pallet delivery between the hours of 8am and 5pm on the agreed date of delivery. The delivery driver will call when he/she arrives.
Can You Remove My Old Appliances?
We are happy to take away your old appliances. Note that we charge £20 to take away an old fridge or freezer. Removal of any other appliances is free of charge.
Note that it is we are not able to arrange the removal of any old appliances if the delivery is by pallet.
